Hmm...

It's weird that I'm tracking my weight when I don't even have a scale.

Why is it weird? I don't own a scale - I just use the one at the gym whenever I think of it.

Ditch the weigh-ins entirely. Just focus on being healthy. :P

I don't own a scale. I use one from work that I know is accurate and always use the same scale.

You will know when your clothes start feeling big. It would be good to know what you start at so you can compare though! :)
  • That is true, my jeans have gotten a little loose. :)
  • What do you mean... you weigh yourself without a scale?
  • No...I mean it's kinda difficult to update my ticker without an exact knowledge of how much weight I've lost. Loose jeans don't tell you everything. :indifferent:

If you aren't weighing yourself, then your not tracking your weight.

I've been the same weight for three months, but I'm down two clothes sizes, so guessing your weightloss isn't possible.

This is for a school experiment. My fitness coach is hoping to see improvement in weight as well as health, so I'm hoping to get a scale soon so that he can see progress.

....buy a scale or use a scale at your school....
  • If you're shopping and happen to be passing the scales ...
