Friends needed in UK

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some new friends in the UK. Everyone on this site is very friendly and i already have a few wonderful people that I keep in touch with but most of them are in the states.

I need to lose around 2 stone, trying to get to the gym at least 3 times a week although it does not always happen and need some motivation.

Hello, "the year you will Sort yourself out," that's great! I've been for quite some time and much has shaken out giving me great direction and the pounds are falling away, have lost 30 lbs and going for maybe 15 more. Do you have any interest in riding, or should I say, exercising on a bike (I ride the bike hard, get that heart rate up there for 25 of my 50 minute ride each day.)
