My loving husband that works his butt off to support his family.
Our beautiful daughter that shines so bright everyday.
The rest of my beautiful family. They helped make me the person I am today.
A roof over my head, food on the table, heat, water, a bed, blankets, a vehicle.
The snap that triggered my motivation to finally lose weight and get healthy for myself and my loved ones.
My mom. Without this amazing woman I would go bonkers.

thankful for many things but without my awesome chiropractor, it would not have been possible for me to stick with exercise for any length of time. the progress I've made in just a few months simply would not have happened without him.0
