Pumpkin Mousse-10 min plus refrigerating Makes, 6 servings 1/2 cup each

What you need:
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jello Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
11/2 cup cold skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
Optional- 2 tbsp.copped pecans toasted

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Add pumpkin & spice; mix well. Stir in Cool Whip
Refrigerate 1hour Top with nuts just before serving
