Daily eating.

I have started a healthy diet to lose weight and have found it really hard to stick to it when my family isn't into eating healthy. I wanted to know is it bad if I eat like a small portion of chips or 2 pieces of tyson chicken wings with ranch. Like I don't want to have to eat a certain way my whole life because what happens when I am where I want with my weight, does that mean I still have to stick to the healthy diet? I mean I will still eat healthy but is it bad to add in the things that I crave? Help please.

    If you fit it into your calories, that's all that matter weight loss wise.

    TO lose weight, yes, to be 'healthy' no. You can still treat yourself of course but it's best to eat a bit healthier as much as you can.
