Stomach Flu keeping me down

Was goling to start exercising cycle when I got back from my vacation.

Well, I got back from vacation to bahamas on thursday night. Friday morning father went to ER with severe stomach flu problems. Saturday morning sister and mother went to ER. Sunday I got nauseous, but thank god did not throw up, did the other though.

So the doctor said stay home because it is still contagious 48 hours after. So I haven't been to work at all this week.

Even four days after I got nauseous, I still can't work out. I get nauseous thinking about it and when I try oh god, not even a minute into it I'm about to run to the barhroom to throw up. When will this be over? How can I get the nausea to go away so I can start exercising again?

How long did it take any of you suffering from a cold or stomach flu to feel completely better before being able to exercise? I want to do Jilian's 30 day shred.

    Eat.Water.Sleep.
    Sweat it out.

    3 days tops. doesn't mean your world has to stop.
    Take a walk. do light workouts at home.

    Sweat. it'll help your body along with what its trying to do; get all that guck out.
