Since i have started here on MFP, 48 hours ago, i have discovered just how many calories cooking oil has. I noticed that on the spray cooking oil there is none listed. They do say that a trivial amount of oil is added. ??? Does anyone know if this is true? Is there a better cooking oil for say eggs or potatoes ect?

I'm not a big fan of spray cooking oil unless its 100% real oil. Buy yourself a pump atomizer (oil sprayer) that you fill with olive oil or any oil of choice. It puts such a light mist of real oil on that you don't feel your food is swimming in it. Also invest in good not stick pans and you won't need oil sometimes.0
