Losing last 10-17 lbs...Questions

OK. I'm stalling out on and off.... I lost my mother last month and that jump started my most recent 5 lbs loss. Of course probably a depression thing or something.

Now, I'm curious--- I've been at 1650 daily calorie allowance and my BMR is 1511. I exercise daily, 5-6X a week for about 45-90 min. I'm counting exercise as moderate, since some of my exercise is yoga or something like that at times. I do also walk/run while pulling kids in wagon to school three times a day still most of the week.

So, when doing the guided form on MFP it says I'd lose the one pound with a 500 cal deficiet a week. If I don't eat exercise calories I could be down to 1100 calories a day, and if I eat them back.... Aren't I wiping that 500 calorie loss out a week?

I'm happy for where I'm at, but still desire that last 10-17 lbs lost to get to my goal.

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
