    you guys have to tell me what is happening when you try to get in. Are you getting a message? A pop up? a 501 error on your browser...

    I can't fix it unless you tell me what is wrong.

    also, telling me your:

    Operating system (I.E. windows xp, MAC...etc)

    Browser type (Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox)

    and
    Browser version (you find that in the Help dropdown at the top of your browser under About...)

    I'll do what I can, just describe what happens the best you can.

    one other thing to remember guys, if you just signed up, you need to click your activation email or it won't work. If you didn't get one, let me know (along with your user account name if it's different from your MFP username)

    Lor, for a while you were inactive, I activated your account so you should be all set now.
