  • A change of diet can affect your periods so it isn't very uncommon. However, if your cycles continue to be abnormal, definitely check your diet to see if you are depriving yourself or anything like that and speak to a doctor.

    which diet are u following?
according to me too much of exercise does tht to ur monthly cycle......... i do not think u are having huse amount of food.......... just see to it tht u reduce ur exercise or the time limit ..........
try to do interval training for short time rather than long hours..........

Are you actually starting again or just spotting?

Also, 20-60 minutes of just dance isn't going to cause a change to your period.. nor is diet.

I'd ask a Doc just to be safe, but I wouldn't worry too much.

    its starting again
  • Starting a new diet can definitely change your period. When I started my new diet and exercise routine, my period was 5 weeks late, I was convinced I was pregnant and kept buying pregnancy tests, lol. And when I finally did get my period, it only last 4 days, when usually for me, it will last about 8 days, but over the next couple of months if you are still irregular definitely see your physician. That's what my doc said, he said he would check me out in a couple of months if I was still irregular.
