Good Morning for me

So after feeling sorry for myself this week and doing NOTHING. I decided to do 30 day shred. Day one done! then after that i did 20 mins of zubma. WOW i'm knackered but i feel bit better.

And im going to take the little one to go feed the ducks later so another 20+ walk. So today is a good day for me. I just wanted to share it with you all :)
