I'm very happy that I have managed to drop 15kg from 101 to 86 since I commenced being serious about my weight at the beginning of August this year.
It has been fundamentally an issue of watching calorie intake, avoiding processed foods as much as possible, especially sugar enhanced products and exercising every day for at least 30 minutes.
I haven't found myself feeling really hungry or craving a lot for cakes, although some days I may feel a little weaker than the day before, my age could be a factor at 50 years.
In some ways it has all been a little easier than In thought it would be, although I have about 9 more kg I want to remove and that may end up being really challenging.
My thought is that maybe many people who don't take weight loss really seriously or cheat on themself by the amount of extra food they eat and how little exercise they do and then make lots of noise how hard it is to get rid of the weight, become a big deterrent to those who would like to shed some kilos but think it is too hard - when it really isn't, if you really want to, and you have some discipline in your life.

As the saying goes, if you want it enough you'll do it. If you don't you'll make excuses. It all starts in the head.
If you are half hearted about this, you're not ready to do it.0
