Females 5'5 what is your goal weight and current weight?

5'5" female, 39, goal weight 145-150, current weight 190 last time I weighed. I power walk, walk on an incline, run, hike, swim, lift, and hike about 150-200 minutes per week. I am also doing 30 Day Shred a couple times per week but I have been dealing with some injuries. I have been 135 at my lightest and that's not the size I want to be. I feel it was too small for where I feel comfortable. A few years ago I was 152 but very athletic and pretty muscular, and I felt very good there. I don't really count calories anymore but when I did, I lost about 8-10 pounds per month if I exercised 4-5 hours per week and ate about 1500 most days with a couple of days of 2000 per week. I am losing weight slower this time and without counting calories (based on some recovery issues for my eating disorder).
I am a bartender and I am on my feet 40 hours per week though also.0 -

I'm 24. I weigh about 110 (haven't weighed in quite a long time), I do weight training and cardio three times a week. My daily cals are 1560 + exercise cals.0

I'm 60, goal weight 128#, current weight 131# (bounce between 129.5 and 132.5). Body fat 17.5% - 19%, depends what time I weigh myself. Size 4. Weight train for 1 hour class 2 or 3 x a week. Sprint intervals 20-30 minutes 3 or more times a week. Yoga, 1 hr 1-2 times a week. Walk the dogs every night (sometimes while doing intervals)....basically avg. 1 hr a day exercise for the last year and a half. I lost weight from 167# back in 2011 while eating 1200 calories. I'm now pretty much maintaining at about 1600 calories. When the weight gets nearer the 132 mark I try to keep at 1200 until I get back down........it is very hard to do anymore........I weigh myself almost daily, a bit obsessive but do not want to gain it back ever again!0

I'm 21 and my CW is 205. My goal is about 140-150
I'D LOVE TO BE 125 but that's a bit unrealistic xD haha0
