Sooo.. late last night I booked a tropical vacation annnddddd...... IT LEAVES NEXT WEEK!!!
I dont have alot to 'lose'... just lots of room to firm/tone!
What is your favorite way (and most effective) exercise for short term? I have 8 days to hopefully make a small change & feel a little more ready for bikini body
I will be on a cruise, so I am really looking forward to the gym & running track there, to stay in line while away

Ahh yes! Love it. I have one of those SMART TV's tho.. and it freezes part way through lol.

I'm off on a cruise at the start of December, so during November i've been:
1. Doing JM Ripped in 30
2. No alcohol, lots of water
3. A face mask one a week
4. Using chestnut based toning body moisturiser on my thighs and tum, and
5. using a self tanning body lotion to banish those pale white limbs. Palmers coca butter one smells the nicest.0 -
You would feel a big difference if you reduced your carbs and upped your protein. Your diary regularly shows 200g carbs and 60ish grams of protein and NO exercise. Swap up your macros there, max 50% carbs or even 45% for the short term and 30% protein.0

I agree with the low carb for the week if you can; reduce your water weight and look a bit leaner. Also, yes, find a great bathing suit....but just GO AND HAVE A BLAST! Don't worry about it! Lucky girl!0

but,
you might be able to lose a pound of water weight by eating low carb, high protein for the few days before you leave. That "weight" will come back as soon as you eat a bunch of carbs, but you will look less bloated and "flatter" in the tummy for a bit.0 -
