Choosing "Activity Level?"

While I was home for winter break, i had my activity level set to "sedentary" because I was either doing nothing or doing clerical work pretty much the whole time. Now, I'm back at school, and in the last few days I've hit this wall where I'm tired, sluggish, and hungry all the time. I suspect I might be "lightly active" now but I am not sure how to tell without a pedometer. I do know that:

- I'm walking at least 25 minutes a day to and from classes, carrying a ten to fifteen-pound bag, at a brisk but not aerobic pace.
- I'm working in the costume shop, on my feet, for 2-3 hours a day. (I'm the senior shop aid so I don't do much stitcher work; I'm mostly standing to cut or supervise.)
- I'm probably doubling the amount of stairs I climb in a day.

What do you think?

Yeah, I'd suspect you need to bump it up a level and see how you do for a week or so before you decide whether or not the new goal is working for you.

Holy cow, that's almost 200 extra calories in my budget every day!
