How do I convert the miles I walk and stairs I climb into calories burned? It says I'm burning calories but it's really high. Should I substract the BMR of 1444 and then record what's left? Help!

Do you have it linked? If you do it will do all the calculating for you. It will give you the adjustment over and beyond what MFP already assumes you will burn in a day - so if you burn more it will give you an adjustment, if you earn less it won't.0
