When I first started running (in April) I could run for about 3 minutes. Now I can keep a steady pace for 35 minutes (probably longer, but I haven't tried!) with sprints in between. It feels awesome.

If I can do it, then so can you!

    woo hoo thats great, i have tried running, i just hate it! lol not because i cant. like you i improved over a few months but i just didnt enjoy the rushing about, i prefered wandering and thinking. ha ha ha

    happy to dance the eve away to Zumba tho!
