bread

so i am thinking about cutting bread out of my diet for a couple of months (since im catholic till lent is over) see if that is a factor for me not losing the weight i want/ its gonna be real hard but i have done it before. so we will see/ i sure hope this makes a difference/ since my weigh in on tuesday i have remained the same. and i ate bread twice this week/ so that has me wondering/ but anyone else cut out bread and lost weight/

    Not a bad idea especially if you are not eating whole wheat bread. Processed grains are my killer. I try to avoid them.
