NSV - my first ever real jog in....years

so there I was, headphones in ...kayne, drake, j.cole and trey waiting on me (music) and I managed to make it down the road (still breathing...and alive :bigsmile: ) when the rain started, I'm not talking about a little trickle or spitting..nope this was hardcore why the F did I wash my hair last night/why did I leave my hols to come back to this kind of rain...do I..?
a. run back to my house before my phone gets wet and my hair gets destroyed, I'm still pretty close
or
b. why not continue

well I obviously decided B ( first NSV - not running back home), second NSV came when the wind started, I was pretty sure I was about to find myself on a free flight to wales...not that I want wales, so I continued to jog uphill...whilst being blown downhill, took a while but I did it

and my final NSV of the night... I DID IT ON A MAIN ROAD :bigsmile: :bigsmile: (jogging that is) ...I HATE jogging on main roads...drivers can see you :blushing: (but I did it because I wanted to check out the price of a mini outside the dealers :tongue:

point is I went on a jog :bigsmile: a REAL jog, not lets go for a jog and end up walking around two streets then back home kind of 5minute "jog" ...I have earned this shower :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
