For everyone who has followed me and friended me, THANK YOU. This community is amazing and I love that everyday I log on and I have people behind me ready to help me when I feel like falling.

I started my journey in July 2011 and I am now 102 pounds down. I have about 58 pounds left to reach my goal.

I eat a healthy diet of 45% protein, 30% whole carbs, and 25% fats. I exercise 6x a week and 3x it is heavy strength training. I ride my bike, zumba, and kickbox. I love my new life.
