I lost 20lbs, great news, but I need to tone...
my problem areas like all most men is the tummy (love handles and belly)
what are some good exercised to tighten these areas up that you've read or experienced

I dunno about love handles, although a trainer at my gym suggested sitting sideways on the crunch machine.
For tummy, I've been doing situps on a slant board (increasing both the slant and the number), hanging leg raises, and crunches on an exercise ball. Here is a great place to find exercises - http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/WaistWt.html#anchor1728950
