Time to tone

I lost 20lbs, great news, but I need to tone...

my problem areas like all most men is the tummy (love handles and belly)

what are some good exercised to tighten these areas up that you've read or experienced :)

    I'm having success with a lot of core exercises found in a pilates class. The two I recommend most are the plank postion and then V ups. I also am having better results by using a stability and BOSU ball for crunches. Obliques I'm currently doing Russian twists. Plus I've changed my eating habits to smaller portions of the right kinds of food.
