    Good luck with that.

^^^this^^^ Better to have smaller girls than to have bigger boobs because of being over weight. You'll be glad for smaller boobs when you get older and everything heads south regardless. LOL

    Hi there,

Sorry to say, the boobs will definitely go if you lose weight. I was very obese at 111kgs and my bra size was a 22DD, I have lost over 54kgs and now weigh in at 56.4kgs, and my boobs are now a 10B and even then they only need a B cup due to the excess skin of my boobs.

Unfortunately I don't believe you can have the best of both worlds :0( My husband is very disappointed needless to say and is now encouraging me to get a boob lift or implants.

    Good luck!!
Argh! Implants are VERY unhealthy and surgery is painful and risky (general anesthetic). Natural bio-identical progesterone cream is the healthy alternative. Many women gain a whole cup size (or more) from vaginally supplying a small amount of progesterone cream for three weeks out of every month. It does not cause weight gain because it actually increases the effectiveness of thyroid hormones.

I am confused..you put cream in your vajajay to increase your boob size?

When I was overweight, I hated my DD's with a passion.

I lost 90 lbs, and they are now an almost perky B.

Needless to say, I'm super happy.

No idea about the science behind it, but I think it is fantastic. Finally something we can say is good for guys but will benefit us. I can see it now...'honey, it has to be rubbed in for a really long time.....bored? I know....but it will make my boobs bigger!' They will be at it for hours!

Maybe it's the type of cream that results in a wiggly ball 'o joy after 9 months. That type made my gals huge!

however that being said, after reading this forum post, I am EXTREMELY disappointed that mine went up without any help and there was no cream rubbed vaginally for hours to help with my blessed inflation...

    i was robbed.

I have gone from a 44DD to a 36F (UK sizes) so far - I did mourn them shrinking a bit - but they look better and yeah I would rather be healthier than keep my big boobs - besides it's not as painful at the gym lol.

Everyone says that the boobs are one of the first things to go when losing weight. I'm a small B and wont be happy if I go back down to an A cup.

Use a bio-identical progesterone cream (it should be administered vaginally only---in order to avoid "dermal fatigue" that comes from just rubbing it on anywhere). It is available over-the-counter at health food stores and at some pharmacies. Kokoro is a good brand (they are not all created equal). Evita is another brand that is approved by the researchers into the use of progesterone supplementation.

Why do we need it when our grandmothers and great-grandmothers didn't? Because the synthetic progestins that are contained in the birth control pill have shut down the natural progesterone production of many a female. In addition, all of the man-made chemicals in our environment that act like estrogen mimics have messed up women's hormonal balance as well. I personally believe that it is why we have so many depressed people. Women get depressed when their progesterone levels drop. Men get depressed when their testosterone levels drop due to xenoestrogens (the technical term for man-made chemicals in our environment that act like estrogen mimics).

p.s. It will not harm men, if their women use the cream vaginally. The men's bodies will convert the slight amount of progesterone they may absorb, into a form that they can use as a precursor to testosterone production. It may actually help counteract the effects of xenoestrogens in men.

Yes, sure, use progesterone. Ignore all the science that links progesterone supplementation to increased cancer, heart attack, blood clot, and strokes...

I go from big B to small C.

10B cup does not equal 15B cup...

Sadly mine go below an A if I slip below my original goal weight, which is one reason I would rather maintain a little above that.

I may try out what my body is like thinner some day, but for the moment I'll keep a bit of boobage instead. I do wonder if speed of weight loss changes where I lose from...

Unfortunately, breasts (since they are made up of a lot of fatty tissue) are the first to go. There were for me. I went from a 46 DDD down to 40 D (down 100+ lbs) (and the "D" part is only because of all the "tissue" I have left, after I lost the fat- my breasts aren't nearly as "full" looking anymore). I'm not trying to discourage you from loosing weight, I just want you to know it is a big possibility that you could potentially have smaller breasts when you reach the end of your weight-loss journey.

I'm not sure this is quite as straightforward as people think. My cup size has actually gone UP as I've lost weight. (My back size has gone down.) I started out as an F, I'm now an H.

    Genetics. Wonderful stuff.

I know people say that the cup size gets smaller when the band size gets smaller, but that's because it is still the same cup size in proportion to your body. So, while your breasts may get a little smaller, your whole body gets smaller in a proportional amount. Smaller breasts will still look nice on a smaller body. Just something to think about. When you lose weight everything is getting smaller. My husband loves my breasts and my whole body, but that's one of the reasons he was attracted to me in the first place. He's very happy they are still perky after I've had our 2 children. We don't get to choose every aspect of our bodies. I try to be thankful for what I have.

Edited to clarify: It's based on the calculation between the rib circumference and the added inches from the breast, so in order for it to be the same cup size when the band goes down the cup needs to go down also. So, while the breasts are smaller, so is the rest of the body making it the same cup size in proportion to the body. It seems like people often miss this point and only focus on the breasts getting smaller, and not seeing that the whole body is getting smaller in proportion. They focus on one aspect and miss the bigger picture.

Bingo..Smaller band = bigger cup normally. I will go up also once I manage to go buy new bras, I have pins in mine right now LOL

that's not UP, it's down... (and lol to the deprivation!)
    a 42D is equal to a 40DD, 38DDD, 36F or G depending on your country.

you lost 4 band sizes and 2 cup sizes no matter how you look at it.
but it's not a horribly huge loss compared to some.

No one goes up cup sizes losing weight, however if you are really lucky you might keep most of your boobs while losing the fat beneath them which makes them look larger in proportion.
Those women determined to have abs though, and a 20% or lower BF aren't going to have natural large boobs. Boobs are fat. you want to be fit, you might keep some of them, if you want to be ripped say goodbye or go under the scalpel.

I don't tend to lose much from my breasts.....at their largest, at my heaviest they were a G cup but as i've lost in the past they have never dropped below an F cup.....the band size goes down, but that's fine.....they still look great!!

Seems my breasts are the one area I don't carry much excess fat.

just because they stay an F, they are still smaller.

a 32F is two cups smaller than a 36F, just for reference!

well start saving up for new ones! lol
  • It's not necessarily true. It's where your body stores fat. Like, I have a 32DD cup size. I lost 20 pounds a few years ago, and my boobs are the same size now as they were before I lost the weight. It also relies heavily on genetics, which is what I believe allowed me to keep my lovely boobs, as all the women on both sides of my family are "gifted" there.

Not much choice in the matter, it's all up to genetics. You could always buy yourself a new pair to celebrate your weight loss.
