Hi everyone,
I've heard a lot about MyFitnessPal so I decided to check it out since I've been wanting to shed a few pounds and get a more defined body. I do have a lot of questions about how this thing works...
What is the point of adding how much water you drink per day?
How often should you record your weight?
How do you know the amount of calories you are allowed to go over your daily allowance per day? (if that makes sense)

Drinking water helps to keep you hydrated without enough water you tend to not be able to flush things out of your body. The idea is to stay under your calories allowed. Exercise can help raise your cal intake but you don't want to have a 0 cals left as this is more or less not causing your body to burn fat. I think i have that right. I have been a member since July and have lost 22 pounds.0
