If I am not eating all of my calories I am finding that i am coming up with anywhere from 300-600 less that what I am alloted.

    It's not good over the long haul, as it puts you at too big a deficit. Here's a link to a thread that discusses it in more detail.:flowerforyou:

    You definitely don't want to be in a constant deficit. Your body will go into a kind of "starvation mode" where it works harder to hold on to fat. Eventually, it will be harder and harder to lose weight because your body is so used to cherishing those calories.

    Eat the extra in the form of veggies but do eat them. I lost 5 pounds last week because I think I finally hit the right combo of carbs, fats, proteins, calories and exercise. Part of the change was to exercise less for now, and eat every calorie. It worked this week.
