College Student Foods

I'm a college student & I don't have the time nor the skill to cook big healthy meals..


Anyone have any ideas on easy yet healthy things I can make?

    Tuna or egg salad wraps
    Salads with beans or cottage cheese, fruit, nuts, veggies- dressing honey and olive oil or olive oil and balsamic
    veggies and hummus
    Chicken and salmon are pretty easy to cook and can be a base for many things, pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches...

    Make batches on the weekend. Chili, beans, rice and chicken, pasta w/ sauce, crock pot recipes, etc.

    Every morning I drink a smoothie, and turkey bacon or whole wheat muffin with egg whites and a slice of cheese.

    Just make healthier choices when you're at school and if you're too stressed to cook. Chicken burger over regular burger, salad over fries, veggies over chips, "nutritional bars" over chocolate bars, etc.

    I gained 15 lbs during one semester. Never again.
