Whats up? You have done so well so far you hit the 1st goal nov,16 I know its hard this time of the year. All you can do is worry about today eating and exercising. Once that day is done and in the books then its the process all over again. I know you can do this I have faith in you the hardest part was starting you have done that. You will get to where you want to be...slow and steady0

Like someone said not everyday is going to be a good day! i've messed up a few days here and there but don't take it as an opportunity to quit altogether! Take it one day at a time even if you work on it 3 days a week its better than none at all!0
