Reduce weight

I am new to this forum and want help for anyone who have any idea about fitness because I want to reduce my weight.So please tell me what should i do for reduce weight..? Thanks

    My Dr says it's all about the calories. Eat less and exercise more. I am going to be doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels as soon as it arrives.

    Track everything you eat and see where you need to make improvements. Stay within your calorie limits, develop a workout regimen or stay active doing an activity you enjoy

    My success is always to find a gym partner and have accountability. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and eating protien and fiber rich foods. Keep fat and sugar low and have zero trans fats! Try and do some exercise every day. I have also purchased a heart rate monitor that tracks my calories burned when i'm exercising. I need to see my exact progress and know that I am moving forward. I get discouraged easily...
