So yesterday i did level one day 1 of the 30 day shred & 20 mins of Zumba and this morning i ache from head to toe.

Should i do day 2 of shred or wait for me to feel normal again?

    Se how you feel after getting some protein and a good stretching session. If it is just general stiffness this will dissipate and then you can have at it.

    Otherwise I always workout while sore but I don't hit the same muscle group two days in a row. If the program is designed to be done on consecutive days then I am sure it is fine to do two in a row but listen to your body and don't be afraid to give yourself a rest day or a light day until you feel better. Remember, you still have to be functional throughout the day.
