protein fluff (low carb)

hey all , does anyone here ever make protein fluff? its amazing everyone should try it . i usually have it post-workout or snack

1 serving chocolate whey protein
1 serving peanut butter
2 fl oz milk
1 serving jelly/or nutella (optional)
crushed ice (optional)

i begin by mixing the peanut butter and whey powder together with a spoon , slowly add the milk while stirring the mixture , once all the milk is in mix in the nutella/ or peanut butter. mix the fluff on high with a hand beater for around 5 minutes , add in the crushed ice and mix for another 2 miunutes until it fluffs up again.

    I haven't made fluff yet but there's a whole group on this site dedicated to protein fluff. I think I will try it.
