can you mix pilates and weightlifting/cardio? like on the same days?

    I do it and feel great. I like to do yoga after I bust my butt on weights/circuit training. I think the only basic rule of thumb I have heard is not to work the same muscle groups too hard two days in a row -- recovery time is important for maximum results. I do a little bit of cardio every day.

    Thanks! We'll see if I like mixing them.. Im going to do pilates in the AM and weights and cardio in the PM but not everyday together.
