    Wow and congratulations! Way to stick with it! I am very curious about the Paleo diet. I had never heard of it before. Can you give me a little rundown of what it entails?

    You are absolutely drowning in your before clothes, that must feel amazing!! I also love how you are giving your body time to adjust and lose those last few pounds on its own schedule, the last of it will come off most definitely with increased exercise and congrats on your first mile. Such an inspiration!!
