    My hairdresser told my sister (who has thick hair that she killed with bleach), that the best way to maintain healthy hair was to wash it every other day, use dry shampoo in between and once a week use a deep conditioning treatments - focusing on the ends.

    i feel ya!

    this actually puts me off exercising.

    i've tried dry shampoo and not a huge fan, but it does help :)

    batiste dry shampoos couldn't live without 'em! saves so much time in the mornings and I'm no longer a slave to my hair dryer

    baby powder and a blow dryer!.. i go days without washing :) o and wear it down one day .. then half up the next.. then in a pony tail... and then wash it again
