zucchini omelette

How many calories are there in 100 g of zucchini omelette? Mfp says 160 but heard there are 250 more or less..ll

    I've never weighed the finished omelet before, but one made with 2 eggs, a little olive oil, 1/2 a zucchini, some onion and cilantro comes in close to 200 calories. If there is cheese on yours, that will add quite a bit more.
