Different This Time

This is not my first time trying to lose weight. I'm hoping I'll be more successful this time because I'm trying to learn from previous mistakes.
I would say that this time the most important thing I'm doing is being completely honest with myself. I'm stepping on the scale, I'm counting my calories (and keeping track of every last truffle-yes, I've used the logic that if no one see me eat it, maybe I'll just say it never happened), I'm logging my exercise, I'm looking in a full length mirror, and I'm letting people take pictures of me. No more fuzzy 'I've got it all figured out in my head' mentality.
So I'm wondering what's one thing you're doing differently this time around that's going to help you succeed?
