Let's talk about thighs, baby!

I started in June 2012 and each of my thighs were 28" (I know...mooooo). Five months later I've lost 3 inches on each thigh. I never thought I would love squats and lunges, but they've really helped bring down my hips!
What success have you had in the thigh region?

if u lok at the link on my page you can see for urself, lol. yes, the squats were somewhat torturous at first, but now i love em! my thighs and bum have never been so jiggle free! i even have a space between em now that i never have before and i love the muscle definition. actually one of my favorite body parts now
this sumer was the first summer in my life that i ever wore shorts, i honestly never thought i would...and im not talking capris or bermudas, im talking bootie shorts! lol. waahooooo!

You look great! I haven't worn shorts since the summer of 2000. Maybe someday I'll feel comfortable in them again.0

I've always had a bubble butt but when I gained weight I also gained thighs! At 130lbs I was wearing size 9 pants and couldn't wear shorts because it would rub togetherUnfortunately when I lost my weight I did not measure my thighs so I don't know in inches what I've lost but I did go from a size 9 pant to a size 5
My thighs are noticeably thinner and I can definitely rock shorts again
I agree lunges and squats definitely help make your thighs look amazing!!!
