Did anyone else over do it yesterday?

I totally over did yesterday but enjoyed the Holiday. I am right back on track today. Healthy eating and exercise is important but you are not going to be able to eat healthy 100% of the time. Just be committed to the larger goal. This is for anyone who had a fab Thanksgiving and feels bummed about it today; just start fresh today!

    thank you and yes I did over do it yesterday, but I'm back on it today.
  • Only went over 120 calories for the day, so thats not bad at all!
  • I really over did it, but I am back on track today. I can't let one day derail me from my goal. I think I went over by almost 700 cals but thats ok.
