SO I MANUAL PUT IN MY NEW WEIGHT OF 216 INSTEAD OF 220 AND IT DROPPED FROM 1230 TO 1200 IS THIS OK?

    Yep. If you keep eating the same as you go down, you either slow down or stop. Your body burns less calories keeping itself alive (BMR) the less you weigh. If you shift your goals around, you will notice the amounts change too. Good luck!

    30 calories won't really matter...1200 is the least that they will give u here on mfp. Since you have been losing (congrats!!) it reduced your cals for you to 1200. Don't worry, it won't go down again! :)

    I know the smaller you are the less food you get to eat...it sucks, but you can make it up by doing a few more minutes of cardio and that way you can eat more. If you are hungry that is:glasses:

    Yeah your "reward" for losing weight is that you get to eat less. :) I started at almost 1600 calories and now am down to just over 1400. But I have found myself either eating healthier or exercising more to get them back.
