Long way to go

I just started MFP a few days ago and I really could use some motivators. I have a goal of 60-90 pounds. My hubby isn't so go at motivating and sometimes it feels like he is trying to sabotage me. I am a stay at home mom of 3 (12 y/o son, 5 y/o son, and 3 y/o little girl) I walk at least 30 min every morning and I am trying to watch what I eat. I just have days like everyone else where I look at my shoes and say maybe later. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to get healthy not just for me, but my kids. Does anyone have any motivational tips. You can also add me. Lets get fit :-)
