I'm Lisa. I have a goal of losing 120lbs. However I am not just doing the weightloss, I am also getting into heavey weight lifting and loving it. My struggles are with the eating (of course) I hired a personal trainer (3days a week) and so far in 3 weeks I have lost 7 lbs and about 2 inches off my hips... YAY! I'm a busy mom with 2 teenagers that keep me running like crazy.
