Advice needed: Ripped in 30 not effective!

Well I shouldn't say not completely effective. But the first time I did RI30 I didn't see very good results: 5 pounds lost and only 3 inches over all...1 in my booty, 1 in my waist and .5 in each of my thighs.

I followed the program as follows: Week one 4X + one day BFBM, Week two 5X + 1 NMTZ, Week three 5X, Week four 4X

I am fairly active (workout consistently 4 -5 days/week at least 30minutes) and eat really well (lots of raw fruits and veggies, salads, and legumes). This last month I have been working out with JM DVD's as I don't have the funds to get a gym membership.

Any suggestions on how I can bring my game up with my at home workouts?

Do those of you who have had success with Jillian have suggestions? I have thought about don't a rotation of No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism...but after getting used to the 30min workouts, these 55mins ones seem to take forever.

Thanks so much for any input! XOXO

i have a bunch of her dvds and i like to do 2 different ones in a row, i dont find 20-30 minute workouts satisfying or effective. once i started doing 2 my body is starting to get in shape finally. good luck

I have been successful by alternating a more strength oriented workout with a more cardio workout, every other day. So for example, Jillian's 30 Day Shred or 6 week 6 pack for strength, and alternate those with her kickboxing circuits on Banish Fat Boost Metabolism..... or Leslie Sansone walking DVDs.
