How do I...?

My husband and I make our own pizzas, including the base.
My ingredients are always the same (why change a good thing?!)
- Home-made base and sauce
- ham
- chorizo
- tomato
- garlic
- chilli
- spinach leaves
- mozzarella cheese
- spring and red onion
How do i put this in my food diary? I always have some left over so it lasts a couple of days. I know it will blow out my calorie count but unsure how to include it?

When you go to your food diary theres a tab that says "recipe". There you can add in everything you listed, how much you use and how many servings it is.0

What I do for large dishes is add all the calories for all the ingredients together and then divide by the number of servings. You can add your special pizza under My Foods and then specify how many calories you figured out equals a serving. There are so many calorie counters on the internet, you can always find the calories for a food, vegetable, cup of flour, etc.0

Thank you all! So fast!0
