Has Anyone Used Lipozene or Slimquick?

I bought some Lipozene a month or so ago and I am thinking about using it only to help curb my appetite. It says it can help lose body fat, I don't believe that... has anyone ever tried it. I have also taken Slimquick in the past and it seems to help, but I am not sure. Had anyone used and gotten good results?

90% of diet pills don't work.
The other 10% are usually dangerous.

    I stand firmly behind that...

AGREE!! I took Cortisol and I had to stop it gave me irregular heart beat and anxiety attacks and threw my body so badly out of wack my doc had to give me pills to fix myself back up. I wouldn't recommend anything other then Ally as its FDA approved and everything else is a mixture of things slapped with a label to get you to buy it.

Never heard of lipozene but just the name alone would prevent me from taking it. Healthy nutrition and a good exercise program are the best, safest and healthiest route to go,now and for the future... There is no diet or quick fixes... Its either a lifetime of doing it right the first time or a lifetime of doing it wrong... Repeatedly...

My main issue with Slimquick is remembering to take it, so I have no clue if it would have done anything for me or not. Honestly, to me losing without medicinal intervention is likely to encourage longer lasting results. Try maybe increasing your fiber and protein to help curb appetite? Sometimes I'll pop an 8 calorie Werthers Original if I'm hungry and it is not time to eat yet. It sates the immediate hunger, and by the time I'm done with it I usually forget I was hungry. :)
