Does anyone have Tony Horta's 10 minute trainer? Opinions? I know you need to stack 2 or 3 of them together to see real results so it is more than 10 minutes. It is on sale through BeachBody while supplies last and I was just curious if it is worth it. Thanks!!

its not bad. you definitely get out of it what you put in though - doing 10 minutes is better than nothing, but stacking 2-3 is definitely better and will yield faster results. I've done several of his programs - they're all tough if you give it your all.0

I actually got mine in the mail today and although I have not watched the dvd's yet I'm pretty sure it won't be a super easy workout. I do agree that in order for it to be more efficient you'd have to do more than one a day, which is why in the calendar provided it shows you exactly which ones to stack. I'll be starting next week so wish me luck and best of luck to you as well !0

I've got that program, and the pamphlet that comes with it gives you a calendar to follow, pretty much insisting on 2 workouts stacked, and a third if you desire. If you follow the calendar, it tells you which to do together.0
