So, I'm a recycled teenager....but my body tells me otherwis

I may be 65 years of age, but I have no batwings, I have good muscle in my legs and glutes,but I do have fat in my middle.
Now - trouble is I've exercised every day this week with the exception of today which was time to do housework and get the groceries in.

I walk, I jog on my trampoline, and I do flex and core every Sunday. My instructor is ex-RCMP so this is not a class for the weak of heart.

Any suggestions on how I can improve on my exercise program.
