I used to eat, on average, between 120-175 grams of sugar!!!!!!!
I reduced it to 60-80 grams for a long time after that.
No WONDER I am struggling to keep it closer to 29!!!!!!
Anyone else have numbers like that? With diabetes in my family, I'm so glad I'm putting an end to that. No amount of running can address the health issues I was headed for!!!!

when I first started i was eating a ton of fruit! it was easiest for to bring in for work and would do half an apple, half an orange, 1 kiwi, and grapes, and that was just for lunch. I had half a banana for breakfast almost every day too. it ended at like 80g sugar per day. That's not too bad since it's from natural sources, but still, I think it may have been too much fruit. I usually try to stay under 40g now, almost fully from fruits and veg.0

Good on you for spotting it! Logging really is worthwhile. A lot of people are confused about certain weight loss issues, when most of the time the answer is right in their food diary.0
