Over the last several years I've lost 77lbs or 33kg. Im 43 5'6" two kids, 7 & 12.
I've been a yoyo dieter all my adult life but this last time I've mostly kept it off with some fluctuation.
I never took fitness seriously until two weeks ago. Now I'm very motivated diet wise and exercise is a priority 5/6 days a week . Doing boot camp 3x week, pt 2x a week & one other day of hot yoga, walking up hills (and down) or some other form of movement.
I'm currently 160lbs with a bmI of 26ish.
Anyway, I'm happy to use healthy eating and training to get the fit healthy body I want but I cannot do anything about the saggy sad boobs I have after pregnancy, weight loss and breastfeeding. I can build stronger chest muscles and better posture but nothing will help these saggy boots because it's the skin that is the problem and very little actual breast tissue. My boobs are something that either me every day and even when I've been fitter, limit my wardrobe choices send comfy I feel with my hubs in bed.
I've saved for years and after several consults I'm ready to take the plunge. I've been told I have a very high level of sagging so I'd need implants as just a lift would bring me down from a 34DD to a 34B. I'd like to be a 32 or 34D or DD. I would also like to lose about 20lbs but weight is less important to me tHan clothes size. I'd like to be a UK8 and firm!!
so... the questions are:
1. has anyone been in my situation? how did the results turn out?
2. at what stage do you think I should get this surgery?
3. how long until yout could train again?
----
NB
I had a tummy prob yesterday so my food was very low yesterday.
2. typing on phone on a bus so excuse typos and lack of caps.

i had a reduction and lift last year, and you're not allowed to lift anything, even something light, for at least two weeks, and aren't allowed to raise your arms above your head. i've not had implants, but would consider it once i got to my goal weight, because they're still not up where i want them to be!
good luck if you decide to go through with it. make sure you research your surgeon and shop around and look at pictures of his/her before and after work.0 -

I have seen some stunning results from BA with a lift. but it will all depend on the Doctor you go to, that really can make or break you, so research like mad.
2. at what stage do you think I should get this surgery?
They say its best to be at your ideal weight first
3. how long until you could train again?
For a normal BA with no lift, anywhere from 3-6 weeks, sometimes even longer depending on the training you do and how you heal. Also it is not impossible that there are some things you may not be able to do after. With a lift, well it will be longer, but again it depends on they type of lift you get and how you heal.
I'll send you a PM.0
