End of the day = disaster!

After thanksgiving, I always seem to do very well with food until the end of the day. That's when for some reason I seem to eat an insane amount of something terrible and its messing my whole body up! Do you guys have any advice about fighting off that urge to just munch away on something terrible for you? Words of advice, mantras of motivation?
