Well, Al Gore invented the Internet. That makes it American....
There is no such word as "cookt" so there is no such word as "learnt".
Get with the program. Jump on board and come on in for the win.
Do remind me who invented America as it is now?

Hahaha. Now I know you're a troll. You fail. Whatever happened to quality trolls? You gave it away too easily. It's rather disappointing. You create a bad image for good trolls who try to maintain a quality image.

As an ambassador for America, I would like to inform everyone on the internet that this man is not representative of our country. As a matter of fact, he's a Russian terrorist trying to sabotage us from within. That is all.

I know technically, since "learnt" was used in the past participle rather than past tense, it is technically acceptable in other countries. But since the Internet is American, people should learn to use American English. Cisco devices make up > 70% of the Internet backbone devices and Cisco was founded in America. Therefore the Internet is American.
Now silence the clamor before I unplug your Internet. Or would that be "clamour" in Canada???

Learnt is an acceptable word in the USA. The end.
The internet would also exist if the USA was unplugged. All that would happen is some routing would become a mess temporarily and obviously American sites wouldn't be available.

America unplugged = BGP broken and only cheesy third world sites to browse = back to ARPANET = no internet.
