movie night=treat night

hubby and I are going to the movies tonight...i'm not worried about over indulging because we always take our own popcorn, but i was thinking that tonight i am going to "reward" myself and by a TCBY treat for doing so well on my diet this month....heck i deserve it :)

    I love TCBY. It's pretty low-cal and yummy!

    i know i was shocked when i seen it this morning on the database...i wouldh have thought it would be loaded with cals...so i guess in a way, i can have a treat without over doing it lol

    i'm not sure exactly what kind of serving size they give, but i am pretty sure it's not 1 cup LOL
